This unique collection of condominiums and townhomes needed a vertical fan coil unit that met the needs of multiple floor building and space saving solution.

Climetec CIE 2- Pipe Integral ERV Vertical Fan Coil Unit with a 20-inch by 20-inch footprint made it an ideal for this project.

Climetec Vertical Fan Coil Unit is manufactured from 18-gauge satin coated steel and insulated with ½ inch neoprene coated fiberglass with acrylic reinforcement to ensure hat the unit will perform to meet and exceed sound and quality standards.

The Integrated ERV and HRV motors have two fans that allow for intake of fresh air and cycle out through an exhaust. These are factory balanced PSC motors with forward curve blades with permanently lubricated sealed ball bearings allowing for a long life and maintenance free operations. Motors are all complete with 2-speeds, timer control and heat and energy recovery.
