Climetec Manufacturing Limited began in 1988. Operations commenced in a small facility in Toronto manufacturing vertical fan coils.

As time past, we have advanced our design, expanded our facility and engineered our product to meet various industry requirements.

Today, Climetec is one of the leading manufacturers of Fan Coils in North America operating from its 30,000 square foot facility. Climetec holds the highest share of fan coil units in Greater Toronto Area. We specialize in High and Low Rise Condominiums, Retirement residences, student residences, retrofits, hotels and resorts.

Climetec units are energy efficient, ULTRA QUIET, easy to maintain and meet the stringent LEED and municipal energy saving requirements. Due to the unsurpassed and premium quality of our fain coils, we take pride in providing the industry’s best 2 year manufacturer’s warranty.
